This three bedroom house is privately surrounded by a lush country garden and situated a short walk to Lake Wanaka and Town centre. The well-established garden, complete with bubbling stream, is perfect for getting the family together for a summer barbeque or afternoon drinks and nibbles. The open kitchen and living area features modern furnishing and décor which complement the property’s rustic charm.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a good range of new cooking utensils and tableware. The lounge features ample sofas, Sky TV and a loft with two single mattress. Heated by a great wood burner with firewood supplied. There is a second private lounge, with TV and WiiU console for the kids and additional sofa bed. A spiral staircase leads up to the master bedroom with modern ensuite.

Two bedrooms and one large bathroom with separate toilet downstairs. The double room opens to a private deck with a brand new spa pool. A third bedroom features two sets of bunk beds. Kayaks and mountain bikes are available for use.

The loft and stream make this property NOT suitable for toddlers.
