This cottage is privately surrounded by native trees and situated in the popular Hunter Crescent area, close to Lake  Wanaka, the Sticky Forest and  a good stroll to the Town centre. Recently upgraded, the modern furnishing complement the property’s rustic charm.  With 4 bedrooms, the house can cater for up to 3 couples OR two families. One room has a king size bed (can be spilt into 2 singles), two rooms have new queen beds and the other bedroom has two single bunk bed. The property also has 2 bathrooms with separate toilets. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with a good range new cooking utensils and tableware. The living area features a day bed, ample sofas, large dining table, a great wood burner with firewood supplied and the bedrooms have oil cylinder heaters. Amenities include a flat screen TV with SKY TV and BlueRay/DVD player, stereo with iPod capability as well as high speed internet access.
